HISTORY

In fact, the creation of the first adventures courses results from a mixture of ideas and from initiatives developed after the war by people as Georges H?bert who developed courses with obstacles in forest for the training of soldiers in France.

The idea was resumed and adapted by the UCPA (Union des Centres de Plein-Air) to result in our tracks of hebertism which one finds almost everywhere. Another determining influence is due to Kurt Hahn, German exiled in England and which is at the origin of the famous centres Outward Bound for the use of the nature in an educational purpose, what english speaking peoples named "experiential educat ion process".
