  STEP 1

Create your file and buy your ticket

Whether or not you have been a season pass holder since our inception, you must first create a new file. New technology means a fresh start for everyone. It is quite effortless. Under “registration”, enter your e-mail address and a password, and safely store this information. You will need it every time you use your electronic card. It is refillable and valid for life. Then, create your account: name, adresses, photos, etc.

Now, it is time to buy your ticket. Log in by clicking on the Online Shop button on the home page. Enter your e-mail address and password. Select the product you wish to buy. Add it to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

First visit

You will receive confirmation of your purchase by email, which will include a QR code. You will need your QR code (digital or paper format) to retrieve your reusable electronic card.

Second and subsequent visits

We are happy to see you again! Simply make a purchase online and the product will automatically be added to your digital card. You can therefore go straight to the mountain as soon as you arrive. Without even having to go through digital terminals.

Your rechargeable card is valid all season. And as long as you visit our beautiful mountain. Keep it safe, as fees apply for a new card. Subscriptions, tickets purchased via Privilèges sites, from a partner such as Costco or MaNeige, as well as cardboard tickets must be collected at the box office or customer service. You will not be able to use them for a purchase on the web

  STEP 2

Recovering your card

First visit

You will need your QR code (digital or paper format) to retrieve your reusable electronic card. When you arrive at Le Relais, head for one of the 4 new automated kiosks near the main lodge. Then, follow the instructions on the kiosk screen to collect your card. All purchases from the same transaction will be issued at the same time. With your RFID card, you now have access to the slopes.

Second and subsequent visits

Welcome back. After purchasing a product on the Le Relais Website, you can go straight to the mountains with your rechargeable card. You do not need to go to the automated kiosks anymore. Go directly to the lifts

  STEP 3

Inserting your card in your jacket

It is essential to place the card in the right place in your jacket. It must be on the LEFT side. Why? Simply because digital readers are located on the left. The digital reader will not detect you if the card is not on the left.

The card should be the only thing in your pocket. There must be no cell phones, other RFID cards or electronic devices. It is important to avoid all contact with metal objects. And above all, do not make a hole in your card.

  STEP 4

Access to lifts

Once you have arrived at the lifts, present yourself at the gates. Wait a few seconds for the reader to detect your card. The gates will open automatically. If not, move back a little and try again by moving your card closer to the reader.

It is quite effortless. Start by purchasing a card online. Then, pick it up at one of our kiosks. Head straight for the lifts without stopping by the ticket counter.

Click here for an explanatory video and details.

Location of our new automated kiosks:

  • On the lodge’s main terrace, next to the outdoor ticket counter.
  • At the far right entrance to the main building (near the LAB).

It absolutely must be in one of the pockets on the LEFT side of your jacket. It could be an arm pocket, a chest or front pocket, or a side pocket. You decide. Always in your jacket, never in your pants.

Nothing else should be in your pocket: no cell phones, no other RFID cards, no electronic devices.

It is important to avoid all contact with metal objects. And above all, do not make a hole in your card. It might never work again.

Yes. Your card is good for your entire skiing or snowboarding career. And we hope it lasts a long time. If you have a Relais card, it will automatically be reloaded when you make another purchase on our Website.

Make sure you put it somewhere you will remember. In your helmet, for example. You will need it next winter too!

  • Hexago
  • West detachable on
  • The training hill

No card is required for the SKISNOW LEARNING ZONE. It is always free.

Your RFID card is required to access the mountain. If you have forgotten your card, bring an ID to the customer service counter. You will be given a new card. No need to worry – daily tickets or season passes purchased online will still be in your file.

The first magnetic card is free. However, if your card has been stolen or if you have looked everywhere but have yet to find it, a fee of $20 plus tax will apply.

If you have a problem, feel free to call customer service. If it does not work or is broken because of improper use (bent, pierced or scratched), you will have to buy another card for $20. However, you are not responsible for a faulty card. We will replace it for you free of charge.

Yes, it is possible. You can have several types of products on your card. For example, daily and evening tickets. When you arrive at the gates, the system automatically scans the product that applies.

Of course! However, once you have your RFID card, it is preferable to reload it online. This way, you do not have to wait in line at the counter, and you can enjoy the mountain more quickly.

Do not panic! Move back a little and try again by moving your card closer to the reader. Otherwise, get out of line. A member of the Relais team will help you.

No, not at the moment. Alpine touring season and day tickets do not work with the RFID system.

To buy a day ticket or an alpine touring pass, go to the customer service desk or the ticket counter.

When you make a purchase on our Website, the confirmation e-mail is your invoice.

If you made your purchase over the phone or at the counter, give us a call and we will be happy to e-mail you the invoice.

No, that is not necessary. Take it yourself with your cell phone or computer camera. Then, upload it to your customer file. The photo must be passport-style – it should show only the face, from the shoulders up.

A compliant photo is:

  • Not faded – even if you have been a member for 20 years.
  • Close-up, front view, from the shoulders.
  • Centred on your face, with your (beautiful) eyes clearly visible.
  • Consistent, clear, with a light-coloured background.
  • Unique – there should only be one person in the photo. Without your pet! Unfortunately, it cannot accompany you on the slopes.

No date is associated with your ticket, so it is valid for your next visit in the same season. However, we do not offer refunds.
