The 3 golden rules this season :

  • Keep a 2 meter distance between guests and employees at all time, indoors and outdoors. 
  • Face covering are required in all indoor and outdoor public spaces.
  • Wash and sanitize your hands frequently.

  • The purchase of your tickets must be done online, via our online shopping site.
  • Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable.
  • We are now centralizing all services in one place. Whether you have questions about lessons, rentals or the new loyalty program, call us at the reception desk: 418 849-1851 #0.
  • Once you have purchased your ticket online, simply go to one of our ticket offices with your purchase confirmation to have your ticket printed. Your confirmation can be printed or you can have it on your mobile device.
  • To facilitate access to the trails, new ticket offices have been set up. One in the parking lot between the East and West sectors, and the other one near the West sectors. Please, keep a 2 meter distance between guests while in line for the ticket office.

  • Customers with guest, corporate or courtesy tickets can go directly to one of our ticket offices to purchase their tickets.
  • Customers with a MaNeige card (Passe-Partout, Passeport 5e année, Passe Provincial) must book via the ASSQ purchase site at www.maneige.ski.
  • Gift cards are always available. They can be used for all products offered by Le Relais Ski Resort … and even for your online purchases! Call our customer service to purchase your Gift card: 418 849-1851 #0.

  • You can rent snowboarding or ski equipment, by making a telephone reservation BEFORE your arrival. Keep your purchase confirmation on your mobile device. 418 849-1851 #0.
  • In order to reduce waiting time, the quantities of equipment to rent are limited.
  • All reserved equipment will be prepared in advance and will be waiting for you upon arrival. This is why it is important to give out the necessary information (height, weight, age, skill level, etc.) when you make your reservation.
  • On arrival, go directly to the LAB counter: rental by going trough the outdoor entrance, facing the mountain. Our technicians will be on site to greet you, print your ticket and help you with the equipment you have reserved.
  • We have a maximum capacity of 7 people at a time in the rental premises. During busy times, the queue may start outside the cottage.
  • Plan to bring your belongings back to your car. It is not possible to leave them inside the chalet.
  • Wearing a mask is mandatory when inside the chalet, for everybody over 10 years old.
  • With the circumstances being particular this year, the Boutique as you know it has been turned into a storefront in the rental shop.

  • It is important to keep your purchase confirmation on your mobile device.
  • It is recommended that you arrive 20 minutes before the start of your lesson if you already have all your equipment, and 45 minutes before if you need to pick up your equipment at the rental shop and have it adjusted.
  • When you arrive at the station, go to the School Zone located outside, east of the main chalet, facing the Pente-École (learning slope). A supervisor will be on site to introduce you to your instructor.
  • In order to respect social distancing measures, your lesson will start and end outside the chalet.
  • Wearing a mask is mandatory for all clients participating in a course (3 years +).

  • Access to the chalet will be limited according to the alert level in effect. Refer to the health recommendations table.
  • A Relaxation Zone is located in the basement. This area should be used for a short period of time to give everyone a chance to enjoy it. You cannot eat in this area, but you can take a few moments to warm up and relax.
  • Access to the chalet must be done according to the signage put in place. The entrances and exits are clearly identified. Please follow the traffic guidelines that have been put in place.
  • Annual locker rental is unfortunately not available for the 20-21 season. Since access to the chalet is restricted, we have decided to make them available to our employees, in order to ensure a safe workplace.
  • Restaurants will not open for the 20.21 season. Use the Libro booking platform. It allows you to choose the time of your meal and reserve a place for you and/or your family. You can also book your place with our hostess on site.
  • Restaurants will not open for the 20.21 season. The cafeteria and the JackRabbit Bistro are accessible under a new formula. One menu for all! You can order over the counter, but we encourage you to use the table service.
  • Wearing a face cover is mandatory inside the chalet (10 yrs. +).
  • As usual, the Mountain Code of Conduct applies at all times.
  • In order to respect the social distance of 2 metres, the waiting areas at the lifts have been redesigned and must be respected by all. Different lanes have been set up: family, one-person, courses and patrol.
    • Family lanes: Anyone who lives at the same address will be able to take the six or four-passenger lift together.  An attendant stationed in the waiting area will ensure that the “family or couple” concept is respected. 
    • One-person lane: Anyone who comes to enjoy a day skiing either alone or with friends who do not live at the same address (also includes racing clubs and teams).
    • Private and semi-private lessons: accompanied by your instructor, you will have your own lane to access the lifts.
  • For the land lifts (T-bar lift, people mover and Poma), the distance of 2 metres in the waiting areas must be respected at all times and will be ensured by the lift operator.   
  • Wearing a face cover is mandatory (3 yrs. +).

  • Skiers coming from orange or red zones are not recommended to leave their region. Visitors from a red or orange zone must limit themselves to the practice of the activity and not use the mountain facilities (except the ski lifts).
  • Important measures have been put in place and will be rigorously enforced for the health and safety of all.
  • All our equipment is disinfected according to established protocols.
  • “Tap and go” payment is prioritized. Same thing for ticket: we recommend that you do not print your purchase confirmation. Download it on your mobile device instead.
  • AT ALL TIMES: it will be important to keep a distance of 2 meters from other visitors, and to respect public health instructions in connection with gatherings. In the event that physical distancing is not possible, our employees will wear a face cover at all times.
  • It’s always important to wash your hands well and often, and to cough into your elbow.
  • Only residents of the same address will be able to use the same chair in the lifts. Other users will be guided to a chair in a way to ensure physical distance.
  • Have mask or face cover ready for when you go inside the chalet.
  • There are also several sanitizing stations on site, but remember to bring hand sanitizer
  • If you or a family member is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home
  • Our employees have all received additional CNESST training to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.
